The interrogation rooms, isolation rooms, and disorientation rooms.
The interrogation rooms are for getting info out of uglies.
The isolation room is where they isolate people if they don't speak up so they'll eventually just come clean about everything.
and the disorientation room is where they clear all past memories.

So in other words in my opinion she was a typical "pretty."
