Facing the future.
Reflect on the following qutoes from the chapter, what does each mean to you?
"Making ourselves feel ugly is not fun.".....
"This whole game is just designed to make us hate ourselves."
"Everyone judged everyone else based on their appeaarance. People who were taller got better jobs.....People killed one another over stuff like having different skin color." (reffering to when everyone was ugly)
"It's the only way to make people equal." (becoming pretty)
I think they mean that in order to feel like they are accepted, they have to be a "pretty."
